What a typical month looks like

In-Person Training: Week 1–4

Week 1: Every client starts with a consultation, movement screening, and goal setting. Where we go from there depends on where you're starting.

Week 2–3: Sessions are built around lifting correctly and safely. Most clients work on movement quality, accessory work, and progressing toward the big lifts over time.

Week 4: Strength and form check-ins, body composition review, and nutrition only if you're ready. I won't push nutrition before your head's in the right place.

Ongoing: Strength gains, movement mastery, body composition shifts, and habit consistency. The mix depends on you. The goal is long-term sustainability, not a quick result you can't hold onto.

Best for

Lakeland locals who want hands-on coaching and real-time accountability. I'm there correcting form and pushing you.

Hybrid: Month 1–3

Month 1: Consultation, movement screening, goal setting, and program build in Everfit. We set clear expectations for in-person days versus solo days, and you get your first in-person session early.

Month 2: In-person sessions and online support carry equal weight. We stay connected through Everfit messaging, bi-weekly Zoom calls, and form video reviews, so you're never guessing on solo days.

Month 3: Your in-person sessions become an anchor. We test progress, refine the program, and stay tight on the online side so nothing slips between visits.

Result: You build real coaching depth and the confidence to train with intent on your own, without losing accountability.

Best for

Lakeland clients who want in-person accountability without a heavy schedule commitment. The bridge between hands-on and fully online.

Premium Online: Month 1–6

Month 1: Full intake, goal setting, and program build. Your first "workout" is a movement assessment: you record yourself performing a handful of exercises from different angles so I can see how you move before we add weight.

Month 2–3: Weekly Zoom calls focus on whatever you need most that week: training, nutrition, mindset, or habits. If something important comes up, that becomes the focus. Form video reviews on every workout, direct messaging anytime, and habit check-ins keep you locked in.

Month 4–6: You're seeing real changes. Calls stay sharp: pushing harder, testing limits, planning the next phase. Nutrition gets layered in if and when you're ready.

Result: Maximum coaching access and the fastest path to results. You're never guessing, and you're never alone.

Best for

Clients who want maximum coaching intensity and can commit fully. Fastest results, most hands-on, best for big transformations.

Core Online: Month 1–6

Month 1: Same start as Premium: full intake, goal setting, program build, and a video movement assessment so I can see how you move before adding weight.

Month 2–3: Weekly check-ins through messaging, form video reviews when needed, and bi-weekly Zoom calls covering whatever you need most that week. Lighter on the day-to-day support than Premium, but the same coaching foundation.

Month 4–6: You're building real consistency and competence. You know how to dial nutrition and training for yourself, and the check-ins are quick but frequent.

Result: Sustainable change without constant hand-holding. You own the process. Strong program, smart check-ins, real independence.

In-Person Training

How long until I see results?

It depends on you and what results you're after. How much work and effort are you willing to put in? Coaching is a two-way street: I'll bring the structure and the strategy, but the timeline comes down to your consistency.

What if I've never lifted before?

Perfect. Beginners actually progress the fastest with proper coaching, and that's exactly what coaching is for. We'll teach you from scratch, the right way, so you build a real foundation instead of bad habits.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. I focus on flexible nutrition and habit change: sustainable habits beat strict diets every time. And nutrition coaching is optional. We only tackle it when you're ready.

What if I have an injury?

I work around injuries: we modify everything as needed. I have experience with most common ones. Depending on the injury, I may need clearance from your doctor before we get started.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are non-refundable but can be made up within the same paid month. Per the coaching agreement, you get up to 2 reschedules per month with 24 hours' notice.

Hybrid Coaching

Why hybrid instead of full in-person?

Hybrid is for people who want the in-person experience but also want structured online support between sessions. Full in-person is more sessions per month: hybrid balances cost and accountability while teaching you to train independently long-term.

How are the 2 in-person sessions scheduled?

Typically one week of in-person training, then a Zoom call the next week: twice each per month. If we need to teach a new lift or break down a movement, I might suggest 2 in-person sessions in one week and Zoom calls the other weeks. We set the rhythm based on what you actually need.

Can I do my own training on the other days?

Yes. You have a full custom program in Everfit for solo days. In-person sessions teach technique and test progress: solo days are for execution and building independence.

What happens if I move away from Lakeland?

We can transition you straight to online coaching with no service interruption. You keep your coach, your program, and your momentum.

Can I switch tiers if my needs change?

Yes. We can adjust mid-term if needed, with pro-rated transitions between tiers. Your goals change, your coaching should too.

Premium Online Coaching

What's the difference between Premium and Core, really?

Premium is maximum access: weekly Zoom calls, unlimited form reviews, priority messaging. It's the fastest path to results. Core is strong structure with more independence: bi-weekly calls, lighter day-to-day support, same coaching foundation. Both work. Premium just moves you faster.

How quickly will I see results?

Can I work with you if I'm a beginner?

No problem. We build travel-friendly options into your plan and adapt to whatever you have access to: hotel gyms, bodyweight, minimal equipment. Travel isn't an excuse to stop progress.

Is this prepaid only or can I do month-to-month?

Do I need to be very self-motivated?

No: the structure handles motivation, you handle execution. The program, check-ins, and accountability keep you on track even if you're not naturally driven. You just need to be willing to do the work.

Is Core right if I'm a beginner?

Yes. Beginners progress fast with proper coaching. You'll start with the same movement assessment as Premium, and the program meets you where you are. No experience needed.

How often will we chat?

Weekly check-ins through Everfit messaging plus bi-weekly nutrition Zoom calls. Lighter than Premium, but consistent: you're not alone.

Can I upgrade to Premium later?

Yes. We can upgrade mid-term at a pro-rated cost whenever you're ready. Your goals change, your coaching should too.

Do you do form reviews on Core too?

Yes. Send form videos as needed and I'll review them. Not unlimited like Premium, but available whenever you need it.
