1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember things about your visit (like a preference), recognize you when you return, and help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how Wholesome Fitness, LLC ("Wholesome Fitness," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Wholesome-coach.com (the "Site"). It is part of and incorporated by reference into our Privacy Policy.
"Similar technologies", including local storage, session storage, pixels, beacons, and software development kits (SDKs), work much the same way. References to "cookies" in this Policy include those technologies.
2. Why we use them
Short version
To make the site work, remember your settings, and count anonymous visits. We don't run ads and we don't sell data.
We use cookies to:
- Make the Site work and keep it secure
- Remember your preferences (theme, density, dismissed banners)
- Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
- Measure the performance of pages, posts, and forms
We do not use cookies to run advertising, build behavioral profiles, retarget visitors across the web, or sell personal information.
3. Cookie categories
The cookies on this Site fall into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary, required for the Site to function. These cannot be turned off through our banner. Examples: load balancing, fraud prevention, remembering that you have dismissed the cookie banner.
- Functional / preferences, remember choices you make (theme, density). The Site works without them, but it will not remember your choice between visits if you disable them.
- Analytics, help us count visits, understand which content is useful, and identify issues. Set by Google Analytics. Optional.
- Embedded third-party, set by services we embed on specific pages, such as Cal.com (booking) and Stripe (payments). Optional, and only loaded on the pages where those services are used.

5. Third-party cookies
Some pages on the Site embed content or functionality from third parties. Those services may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control these cookies.
- Google Analytics (every page, when analytics is allowed), policies.google.com/privacy
- Cal.com (only on pages with a booking link), cal.com/privacy
- Stripe (only on payment pages), stripe.com/privacy
- PayPal (only on payment pages where PayPal is offered), paypal.com/legalhub/privacy
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) (only when you interact with embedded social content), facebook.com/privacy/policy
6. How to control cookies
Short version
Use the banner. Or block / clear cookies in your browser. Either works.
You have several ways to control or remove cookies:
- Use the banner. First-time visitors see a cookie banner with "Accept" and "Reject non-essential" options. You can change your choice at any time using the button below.
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, see the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- Google Analytics opt-out. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to block GA across all sites.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Do Not Track ("DNT") header or a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal, we treat it as a request to disable non-essential analytics cookies for your visit. Strictly necessary cookies will still be set so the Site can function.
8. Legal basis
For visitors in jurisdictions that require it (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states), we rely on the following legal bases for setting cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies, our legitimate interest in operating the Site and providing the Services you request.
- All other cookies, your consent, expressed through the cookie banner or by continuing to use the Site after a clear notice. You may withdraw consent at any time using the controls in §6.
9. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools, or to reflect changes in law or our practices. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period.
