1. Our commitment
Short version
We want our website and services to work for everyone. If something doesn't, tell us and we'll fix it or find another way.
Wholesome Fitness, LLC ("Wholesome Fitness," "we," "us," "our") is committed to making Wholesome-coach.com (the "Site") and our coaching services accessible to people of all abilities, including people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.
We believe fitness, health, and the support that comes with coaching should be available to everyone. Accessibility is part of how we try to live that out online.
2. Conformance goals
Short version
We are working toward the recognized accessibility standard for websites. We are not perfect and we know it.
We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
We are a small business actively working toward these standards. We do not claim full conformance, but we are committed to ongoing improvement.
3. What we do
To support accessibility on our Site and in our coaching, we:
- Use clear, plain language across our website, programs, and communications
- Aim for sufficient color contrast and readable font sizes
- Provide descriptive alt text for images on the Site
- Structure pages with clear headings and a logical reading order
- Test the Site for keyboard navigation
- Offer a clear way to get in touch by email
- Adjust coaching delivery for clients with specific accessibility needs whenever possible
4. Known limitations
Short version
We are not perfect yet, and here is where we know there are gaps. Please tell us if you find more.
We are honest about where we are still improving:
- Third-party tools, Some tools we use (Everfit, Cal.com, Stripe, PayPal, Meta, Google Analytics) are controlled by their vendors. Their accessibility may vary and is updated on their own timelines.
- Embedded content, Videos, social media feeds, and other third-party content may not meet all accessibility standards.
- Older content, Some blog posts, downloads, or PDFs created before our current standards may not be fully accessible. We update these as we revise content.
- Progress photos and visual content, Some coaching content is inherently visual. We work to describe these elements in writing whenever possible.
If you run into a barrier on the Site or in any of our services, please tell us, see §6.
5. Accommodations for coaching clients
Short version
If you need a change to how we coach you, ask. We will do our best to make it work.
If you have a disability or specific accessibility need that affects how you train, communicate, or use the Everfit app, please tell us during your intake or any time afterward. We will work with you to adjust:
- Programming format and delivery
- Communication method (email, text, voice notes, video)
- Session structure and pacing
- Equipment selection and exercise modifications
- Use of assistive technology in our coaching tools
We treat this information confidentially under our Privacy Policy.
